Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic rules for using Omnyra's multichain token launch and liquidity tools.
Platform Access
Omnyra provides non-custodial tools for creating tokens, managing liquidity, preparing airdrops, running claims, managing presales, taking token snapshots, and using supported Solana and EVM launch workflows. You are responsible for confirming that each action, wallet, network, token address, and transaction parameter is correct before submitting it on-chain.
Wallets And Transactions
Omnyra does not custody your assets, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. Transactions are signed through your connected wallet and submitted to the selected blockchain or related infrastructure. Once a transaction is confirmed, it may be irreversible.
Fees
Some Omnyra actions may include platform fees, network gas, priority fees, tips, or third-party protocol costs. Fees can change by network, tool, congestion, and selected action. Review the fee information shown in the interface before confirming a transaction.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your token configuration, metadata, supply settings, liquidity decisions, compliance obligations, community claims, presale terms, airdrop lists, and any representations made to your users or token holders. Do not use Omnyra for fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity.
Third-Party Networks And Protocols
Omnyra may interact with public blockchains, wallet providers, RPC services, explorers, decentralized exchanges, launchpads, and other third-party protocols. These services are not controlled by Omnyra and may experience downtime, failed transactions, delayed indexing, liquidity issues, or contract-level changes.
Risk Disclosure
Token launches, liquidity provisioning, bundled transactions, presales, claims, and airdrops involve substantial risk. Tokens can lose all value, liquidity can disappear, wallets can submit incorrect transactions, and smart contracts or third-party protocols can fail. Omnyra is software and does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice.
Changes To These Terms
Omnyra may update these terms as the platform, supported networks, fees, or launch tools evolve. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
